I am an avid reader of science fiction/fantasy, memoirs & non fiction in a various topics. The first post on this blog was March 12th of 2023 and was a list of everything I’d read in 2023 up until that point. The blog will continue to be mostly book reviews with the occasional commentary on disability related topics. I’m still working on writing longer reviews for the books I read but sometimes I just feel like I enjoyed a book without a lot of feelings as to why. Other times I have more to say, but it doesn’t always mean anything about much I liked or didn’t like a certain book.
Regarding the name of the site: “Made of Stardust and Stubbornness” – stardust is what we’re all made of and stubbornness is a reference to surviving against all odds and proving all doubters wrong when it comes to disabilities. Something a lot of us have to deal with from the day we’re born. I am Hard of Hearing, AroAce, Agender (she/they) and (probably) Autistic.
